Under the term radio manufacturer, we also include producers, for example, of parts of radios, "radio-related equipment", etc. produced for companies or commercial radio. Manufacturers of old radios are as covered as completely as possible for the German-speaking countries, but only partially for other countries. There are thousands of radio manufacturers.

Siamo nell’anno 1931.

Dopo sei anni di vita, la radiodiffusione conta in Norvegia dieci stazioni, tutte di piccola potenza (da 100 W ad 1 kW) ad eccezione della stazione di Oslo che è una delle più potenti stazioni d’Europa. Essa ha infatti 75 kW. La stazione di Oslo iniziò le trasmissioni nel 1929 usando un’onda media, ma i risultati non furono soddisfacenti e la stazione fu ricostruita in modo da funzionare in onda lunga.

Le altre nove stazioni sono situate a Bergen, AAlesund, Tromsoe, Riukan, Nidaros, Notodden, Porsgrund, Fredrikstaad, Hamar. Te stazioni relais saranno installate entro il 1931 a Kristiansand, Stavanger e Bodoe.

Il numero di radioabbonati in Norvegia non è elevato non essendo che di 80.000 mentre 65.000 di questi risiedono nel distretto di Oslo. Essi pagano 20 Corone all’anno.
