    Switchable speaker impedance: 8/16 Ohm.

    Phono preamplifier with AC heating. There are 2 separate heating circuits, each with a hum-cancelling potentiometer. The similarly constructed Pioneer SM-83 ​ works with DC heating in the phono preamplifier.

    The identical device was also sold as Bocama LA-224B.
