Below you find a part of the radio collection Bill Woodland - including other related items. I have 4 old radios, have sent in a few photos of the K-53 low profile 2 at http://www.radiomuseum.org/r/general_el_k_53_low_profile_2.html and want to send in some more of it, better quality, and photos of my other 3 radios. The other radios are RCA UH40 Ch=RC498A with a Harmon Kardon C100 amplifier and tuner (not sure the model at this time) Philco drop leaf table Model 53-1750 From http://www.philcoradio.com/gallery/1953.htm#ad This unusual drop-leaf cabinet served two functions: it could be used alone as an end table radio with a built-in three-speed automatic record changer, or with the leaves in the "up" position, it could be used as a stand for Philco table model television sets. The radio has five tubes and receives the standard AM and "Special Services" bands. The wood cabinet has a mahogany finish. GE T-200A |
