Below you find a part of the radio collection Marc Tambakeras - including other related items. i have a fascination of valve radios....always had. my 1st set, i still have since i found it at the tip at the age of 14. it was a timber hotpoint mantel set. now at 53 i have around a hundred radios which range anything from australian bakelites, catalins, german masterpieces, some US 110 v models, and more. i enjoy working with both timber and bakelite so sometimes i also do some restoring, depending on the radio and my mood. |
