Peter Breu, Germany - Radio collection

Below you find a part of the radio collection Peter Breu - including other related items. Bereits mit sieben Jahren im Jahre 1987 packte mich das Radiofieber!Mich faszinierte unser eigenes Röhrenradio bei uns am Dachboden nämlich ein Philips 480A aus dem Jahre 1940!Ich holte das Gerät vom Dachboden.Leider funktionierte es nicht! Also wollte ich am Flohmarkt ein Gerät erwerben das funktioniert. Ich kaufte nach und nach 5 Stück (Gebissradios) bis endlich ein Gerät zufriedenstellend funktionierte. Bald merkte ich, dass das Sammeln keinen Sinn macht ohne meine Geräte reparieren zu können! Bei meinen ersten Reparaturversuchen gingen natürlich einige Geräte verloren! Ich sammelte nach und nach immer mehr Erfahrung, auch durch einen Kollegen, welcher das noch gelernt hatte, und durch entsprechende Literatur! Heute repariere ich meine Geräte ausschliesslich selbst! Mein Hobby war auch der Grund für meine Berufswahl als Kommunikationselektroniker! Ich habe in über 30 Jahren eine Sammlung mit über 500 Geräten zusammengetragen! Mittlerweile habe ich mich auf Philips-Geräte spezialisiert. Einen Teil meiner Geräte können Sie nachfolgend betrachten! Seit 10. August 2009 können alle meine Geräte in meinem Privatmuseum betrachtet werden. Bei Interesse bitte TERMIN PER MAIL ODER TELEFON vereinbaren.
