Below you find a part of the radio collection Troy Walters - including other related items. I am not really a collector of old radios as such but I am a big collector of vintage TV/video cameras and vintage video recorders and early televisions, I do have interest in vintage radios and have an early pocket transistor radio from the 60s which is an AWA Radiola and it works good in original condition. I'm interested in joining this site as I've seen collectors on here have added vintage TVs and video cameras and would love to exchange technical knowledge with them to assist me with my restorations. My collection can be viewed on my website http://www.troysvintagevideo.741.com/ , it consists mostly of vintage pre-CCD era video cameras from the 50s to the 80s along with camera tubes, vintage pre-VHS era video recorders and some vintage TV sets. My prized possessions are my 1956 Marconi MK3 B&W image orthicon camera, 1977 RCA TK-760 plumbicon colour camera,an early 1940s RCA 1846 iconoscope TV camera tube and a US imported 1947 Andrea VJ12 B&W television which is chassis only with radar tube used for screen instead of standard 12LP4 picture tube. |
