Greetings. What is the source of the information that links the Cetron tubes branded "DeVry" with a manufacturer of movie projectors? I have seen smaller photoelectric tubes used in 16mm film projectors for reading audio tracks, but not the larger tubes. I also have a DeVry branded tube in my collection which was salvaged from an adjustable photoelectric relay circuit intended for educational purposes (specificlly science classes), but I cannot find any connection to film, movie, or projector production. Also, the logos on the tubes have a striking resemblance to the DeVry Technical Institute logo from 1953. Note that the DeVry technical institute evolved from DeForest Training school and is now DeVry University. Edit MH: inaccessible external images removed.
