The Titan Miniature Lamp Co. was incorporated in 1920/1921 with an initial capital stock of $100,000, by George Anderson, Agnes E. Jackson and D. G. Littell, for the production of electrical lamps and kindred products. In 1921 the United Lamp Manufacturers' Corp., 44 W. 18th St, Ney York City, has been formed as a common sales and distribution company for the following manufacturers: Acme Lamp Works, Bedford Lamp Works, Bettalyte Inc., Chrystralite Mfg. Co., Continental Lamp Works, Daylight Lamp Works, Paragon Inc., Republic Electric Co., Thomas Brown Co., Titan Miniature Lamp Co. and Union Lamp Co. |
