Company was established in September 1951. Production focused on beginning on iron-metallurgy devices, later electrical devices like power supply, small trafos and AC stabilized power supply units for special applications, medical, hospital devices (prematurely born baby breathing device, hand disinfecting device Deseptomat) and automatisation. Company established in 1970 in near small city, Szob a small mechanical and assembly workshop. In 1977 they finished a new building for stabilized power supply production in cooperation with EMG. Based on West-Germany cooperation in 1980 company started mass production of small trafos for deprez measurement devices and digital measurement A/V-meters, battery-cell tester, hearing device battery charger, tape recorder record level control indicator for Orion and Videoton. After political changes in 1989 company went to the troubles, they started some international projects, but in 2005 company went to bankruptcy. Successor company  is Akku Test Műszergyártó Kft.
