In 11 August 1960 a license of production has been granted by Direcção dos Serviços Industriais.A license like this had only been granted to Standard Electrica and CIE.

History:
On 1961 a first small portable transistor radio model TP-1 was produced,under the brand name CD (Calazans Duarte)Sanyo was by that time interested to built radios in Portugal,and ,contacts were done in order to use Mr.Calazans´s license to go ahead.But without sucess.
Meanwhie another small sucessfull transistor wood table model,the TM-2,and latter in 1967 the TM-8SF.Everything possible was made in Portugal,including the PCB´s which,by then,1961,only Mr.Calazans was producing them,either for his sets and for others,including ths continuous soldering.
In 1967 the first model with FM entered into production,in 1976 a new model to be mounted in beds,sold to furniture manufacturers and in 1981 a new radio with alarm clock,the TMR-15 was born.
The last model in production has been the TMR-17
