In 1933, Samuel Matthew Conlon, B.sc., was the Sales Manager for Lekmek Radio Laboratories and he left to form his own company in June 1935.[1][2]

 The company advertised complete radio sets and chassis in 1937.[3]

The company closed in 1955.
