The owner of company was Mr. Otto Stuhlhofer, citizen of Prague. Between 1932-1937 he had a filial company in Hungary too, but when he sold the shares of the Hungarian company he kept the trademark and the Hungarian company was renamed to Remix. In 1941 Stuhlhofer opened a new factory building in Praha Hloubetin, later after nationalization Tesla Hloubetin Praha. The building itself has a historical value from point of view of industrial architecture too. This building exists until now and it is registered national industry landmark. Trademark Always was used on the beginning of existence by Tesla company to ease the lounch of the new company at the market.
