The company was registered in Dec 1923 as importers and manufacturers' agents. The Directors were Alfred Roy Fox and Henry Gordon MacGillycuddy. [1] By the early 1930s the company was one of country's leading electrical wholesalers, with clients in the retail radio and electrical shops and wireless repair shops throughout NSW. From 1934 they advertised as wholesalers for Airzone brand radios. [2] During 1933 they started to sell kitset radios designed by Australian Radio News and later in 1936 Australasian Radio News.
