Storia:

The German born brothers August (‘Gus’) and Victor Kraus commenced manufacturing Morse code sets under contract to the firm of Gulterman & King at their premises on the first floor in Clarence Street, Sydney.  On the outbreak of war with Germany in 1939, Gus was interned in Long Bay Gaol, but he was quickly released in order to increase the production of Morse sets for the Australian and United States forces.

In the post-war years they branched out into the manufacture of Meccano-equivalent building sets, which they named Buz Builder and Buz gear sets. [1]

In 1955 Buzza Products moved to a new factory built by Gus Kraus in Artarmon. A plant for pipe cleaners was installed and, in the 1970s, the firm commenced production of a line of professional potters’ wheels, both manually and electrically powered.[2]

The company ceased trading in 1977[1]
