The company registered in August 1922 as manufacturers of sanitary products and appliances with First Directors, H. W. Payne, K. R. Roach, and N. P. Solly. [1] By 1924 the company was impressed by the progress radio and advertised that they will open a factory to manufacture and supply most of the apparatus used in wireless.[2] In July 1924 the company set up a branch at 120 Queen Street, Melbourne with Morris Edwin Hecker as Director.[3] The Adelaide company was liquidated in March 1926.[4] The Melbourne branch was acquired by Louis Coen Pty. Ltd.[5] and traded as a subsidiary with the name Paroso Wireless Pty. Ltd.[6]
