Best known for the manufacture of the Thunderscan series of low-cost third-party document scanning devices for use with early Apple Macintosh computers. Also made accessories for some Apple II computers and power accessories for certain Macintosh peripherals.

History:

The company was founded by Victor Bull and Tom Petrie, but the vital Thunderscan software was written by Andy Hertzfeld of Apple with payment on a royalty basis.

Thunderscan products were still being sold in 1992, and total production was about 100,000 units.
