Per order of the Ministry of Defense dated January 1st, 1924, an independent workshop for the development and production of military wired and wireless communication equipment was created.

They produced the first superhet 8 tube communication reveiver for the CS president, new field telephones, later radio and telegraph stations and equipment for different branches of the armed forces, from infantry to tank troops.

After the occupation in 1939, activities ended and they were merged with the German military industry such as Telegraphen-Werkstätten and finally Ostmarkwerke Prag-Gbell.
