History:

On end of 1941 company started production of car/portable power supplies and electrical devices for artillery support. After WW2 production focused on selenium and copper-oxid rectifiers, later silicon high-voltage diodes. In second half of 60`s company started production of PC parts and microcalculators. However, in SU was a big lack of reliable IC cases and packages, thus company started develoment and production of metall-ceramic IC packages and sockets. Until today they produced over 800 different types of cases.
