"MESSRS. G.S. WARBURTON and CO., Electrical Engineers, hereby give NOTICE that they taken into Partnership Mr. R.J.N. FRANKI, A.I.E.E., and the business will be carried on from the first of June, 1903, under the style of WARBURTON, FRANKI, and CO., Electrical and General Engineers, 313 Kent-street, Sydney," (SMH, 30/5/1903, P15)

"Warburton, Franki, Limited, has been registered (November 3, 1910) in New South Wales under the Limited Liabilty Act, with a capital of £50,000 in 20,000 cumulative preference shares and 30,000 ordinary shares of £1 each; 250 preference shares, and 16,000 ordinary shares are to be issued to vendors as fully paid-up, and 14,000 ordinary shares held in reserve for future issue. The objects of the company are to acquire the business of Warburton, Franki, and Company, Sydney, electrical and mechanical engineers. The signatures to the registration are those of G.S. Warburton, R.J.N. Franki, C. Mashell, R.M. Mc Anderson, G.E. Rich, Hy. Salwey, and Jas. Marsden. Managing directors: G.S. Warburton and R.J.N. Franki. Registered office, Sydney."
