Malmberg is an educational publisher. They also produced some electronic equipment for in the class room.

Founded: 1885
History:

From wikipedia: In 1885, Lodewijk Carel Gerard Malmberg opened a bookshop and stationery store in Nijmegen. The first book was published a year later. A nearby monastery school produced teaching methods for Roman Catholic primary education that were published by Malmberg. In 1919, founder L.C.G. Malmberg died, which led to the takeover by publisher C.N. Teulings Koninklijke Drukkerijen (later Cebema). Until 1961, Harry Teulings (1896-1967) was director of Malmberg.

In 1935, Malmberg started publishing the popular children's book series Arendsoog, which would eventually (in 1993) consist of 60 volumes, written by the Hague teacher J. Nowee. He wanted to offer children aged 9-13 accessible, less violent cowboy stories than those of Karl May. Another teacher, Carel Beke, wrote a successful children's series with Pim Pandoer as its hero. Between 1953 and 1985, eighteen titles were published in many editions about this young detective.

After the Second World War, in 1948, the decision was made to also publish for secondary education. In 1964, Malmberg became part of the VNU publishing house. As part of VNU, the company became more market and customer-oriented. Between 1986 and 1992, the number of publications increased from 69 to 419.

Almost 10 years later, Malmberg became an independent company again. In 2004, Malmberg was incorporated into Sanoma. In the autumn of 2009, the Malmberg division that publishes the magazines Bobo, Okki, Taptoe and National Geographic Junior was transferred to a new publisher. After a management buy-out, this division was incorporated into Blink Uitgevers in 's-Hertogenbosch. In 2010, Malmberg is one of the larger publishers in the educational sector with more than 3,000 titles. In 2012 she took over the company Bureau ICE from Culemborg, a specialist in the field of testing and exam preparation.

This manufacturer was suggested by Charles Ouweland.
