The company was founded in 1979 as an independent company based on the assets of Schenker Technik AG, formerly Schenker Elektronik AG. Its business purpose was defined as contract manufacturing of parts and assemblies for the machine industry in the areas of drilling, milling, turning, welding and assembly. In 2000, Meag took over the Eichenberger company with 24 employees and the Häny company's production but without employees. In 2001 the company took over the production of the K-Tron company with 12 employees. Today, over 100 qualified employees provide services for all branches of the machine industry. Their strengths are machining and parts production combined with structural metalworking, including assemblies and system construction. The quality and management system is certified according to ISO 9001:2015. In order to optimally cover the needs of the market, the company regularly invests in new machines. This means that production always remains at the cutting edge of technology. [1]
