History:

Company was founded in 1953 for development and production of telecommunication measurement devices up to 40GHz. In 1974 company had 149 different products, like ionization radiation register, phase sensitive voltmeters, counters, RF generators, frequency syntezators, non-linear distorsion meters, frequency standarts.

At this time faktory started production devices for medical purposes, radioreceivers and audio amplifiers and control devices for CNC machines.

Company became as a strategic industry subject for defense and production, in 1992 transformed from SU to UA company.
