Short Description

Radio was the successor to Pacific Radio News and began under the new title in November 1921 with Volume 3 Number 4.  The magazine was basically a general publication of radio and servicing. In the 1930s, the magazine became more focussed on west coast amateur radio. Of a historical significance, Radio contains west coast radio manufacturers' advertisements not found in eastern radio magazines.

The magazine changed its name to Audio Engineering in 1947.
