By public transport in Klagenfurt

Public Stadtwerke Klagenfurt buses on the lines 10 and 20 stop at the "MINIMUNDUS" bus stop, only a few metres from the entrance. For timetables, see the Stadtwerke Klagenfurt website.

By train

Travel as far as Hauptbahnhof Klagenfurt (main train station) or Klagenfurt Lend station. From there use the public transport within the City of Klagenfurt to get to MINIMUNDUS.

By ÖBB buses or Post buses

The "MINIMUNDUS" bus stop for ÖBB buses and Post buses is only a few metres from the entrance to MINIMUNDUS. For timetables, see the ÖBB Austrian Railways or Post buses website.

By plane

Klagenfurt Airport is only 10 minutes by car from MINIMUNDUS. You can get to MINIMUNDUS by using the public transport within the City of Klagenfurt.

By car

Arriving on the motorway A2, leave the motorway at the Klagenfurt-West exit. Then take the next exit, Klagenfurt-See/MINIMUNDUS and you are just 300 m from the entrance. 450 free parking spaces are available for cars and 16 for coaches. Should our car park happen to be full in peak periods, there is parking for several hundred cars only 10 minutes' walk away.

Z avtomobilom

Z avtoceste A2 zavijte na izvoz Klagenfurt West. Če izberete naslednji izvoz Klagenfurt-See/MINIMUNDUS, vas od našega vhoda loči le še 300 metrov. Na voljo je 450 brezplačnih parkirnih mest za osebna vozila in 16 parkirnih mest za avtobuse. Če ob dnevih, ko je obiskovalcev zelo veliko, naše parkirne zmogljivosti ne zadostujejo, je samo deset minut hoda od nas še več sto parkirnih mest.

Z javnimi prevoznimi sredstvi mesta Celovec Linije 10 in 20 mestnega prometa v Celovcu se ustavijo na avtobusni postaji Minimundus, ki je le nekaj metrov od našega vhoda. Vozni redi so na spletni strani družbe Stadtwerke Klagenfurt.

Z vlakom

Prihod na glavno železniško postajo Hauptbahnhof Klagenfurt ali na postajo Bahnhof Klagenfurt Lend. Od tam vas do Minimundusa lahko pripeljejo javna prevozna sredstva mesta Celovec.

Z avtobusi ÖBB ali Postbus

Avtobusna postaja Minimundus, do katere vozijo avtobusi ÖBB in Postbus, je le nekaj metrov od vhoda v Minimundus. Vozni redi so na spletni strani družb ÖBB ali Postbus.

Z letalom

Letališče Celovec je deset minut vožnje z avtomobilom od Minimundusa. Od tam do Minimundusa vozijo tudi javna prevozna sredstva mesta Celovec.
Description MINIMUNDUS, the miniature world at Lake Wörthersee, is a place to enjoy, stay a while, learn interesting things, have fun, see and experience. The approximately 150 models of famous structures, trains and ships take visitors on a trip around the world in miniature format. Around the world in one day! Visiting the Sydney Opera House, strolling under the Eiffel Tower, taking a picture in front of the Taj Mahal, enjoying an ice cream in front of St Peter’s Basilica, admiring the Statue of Liberty, and many more things.

The core elements of MINIMUNDUS are the models that are constructed with close attention to the smallest details on a scale of 1:25 and, if technically feasible, by using original materials, like sandstone, basalt lava or marble. They are created in the MINIMUNDUS model workshop, by schools or by expert model makers. Even the smallest details - shutters, ornaments, street lamps - are accurate here.
The technical models enjoy special popularity, for example the various trains that chug around their route through the park and cover 5,000 km per train set per year, or the Space Shuttle that sets off to new worlds every hour.

With a visit to MINIMUNDUS you will also be supporting children and young people in Carinthia. MINIMUNDUS is owned by the Carinthian charity "SAVE THE CHILDREN", and the net proceeds of the miniature world all go to support children, young people and families in need.

(other)		 Minimundus, mali svet ob Vrbskem jezeru, je kraj za užitek, sprostitev, učenje, zabavo, opazovanje in doživetje. Približno 150 modelov znamenitih zgradb, vlakov in ladij vabi na svetovno popotovanje v malem. V enem dnevu okoli sveta! Obiščite sydneyjsko operno hišo, sprehodite se pod Eifflovim stolpom, ujemite posnetek Tadž Mahala, uživajte v sladoledu pred baziliko svetega Petra, občudujte Kip svobode itn.

Srce Minimundusa so modeli, ki so jih v Minimundusovi modelarski delavnici zvesto izvirniku v merilu 1 : 25, in če je tehnično izvedljivo, z izvirnimi materiali, kot so peščenjak, vulkanski bazalt, marmor, izdelale šole ali poklicni modelarji do zadnje podrobnosti – okenskih polic, okraskov in uličnih svetilk.

Še posebno priljubljeni so tehnični modeli. Različni vlaki, ki krožijo po parku in letno vsak posebej prevozi 5.000 km, ali vesoljska ladja space shuttle, ki vsako uro vzleti novim svetovom naproti.
