On Saturday 20 May '23, the radio department of the Omroepmuseum in Leuven is freely accessible between 13:00 and 17:00
Open from 1pm. At 1.30pm, 2.30pm and 3.30pm you can take part in a guided tour, each time for a small group of interested people.

Op zaterdag 20 mei '23 is de radio-afdeling van het Omroepmuseum in Leuven tussen 13u en 17u vrij en gratis toegankelijk.
Om 13u30, 14u30 en 15u30 kan u deelnemen aan een begeleide rondleiding, telkens voor een kleine groep belangstellenden.

On the top floor is the material of the radio museum.

Description

The Broadcast-Museum 
is a visitable depot, linked to the VRT exhibition "100+ years of radio".

The volunteers are all former radio employees. During a one and a half hour tour they will guide you through the VRT exhibition 100+Radio and demonstrate in the museum depot how analogue radio was made. You can also admire our antique radio furniture and the extensive collection of radio sets.

Het Omroepmuseum
is een te bezoeken depot, gekoppeld aan de VRT-tentoonstelling "100+ jaar radio".

Onze vrijwilligers zijn allemaal voormalige radiomedewerkers. Tijdens een rondleiding van anderhalf uur gidsen ze u door de VRT-tentoonstelling 100+Radio en demonstreren ze in het museumdepot hoe analoge radio gemaakt werd. U bewondert ook onze antieke radiomeubels en onze uitgebreide collectie radiotoestellen.
