Description

Auf dem Gelände des Schweizerischen Freilichtmuseums Ballenberg sind typische Haus- und Siedlungsformen aus fast allen Kantonen der Schweiz vom 14. bis 19. Jahrhundert vertreten.
In den originalgetreu eingerichteten Werkstätten führen HandwerkerInnen mit authentischen Werkzeugen ursprüngliche Berufe vor: vom Schnitzen, Korben, Spinnen, Weben übers Klöppeln und Schmieden bis hin zum Käsen und Backen. Sie können aus nächster Nähe zuschauen und teilweise selber Hand anlegen.
