| Description | Das Museum beinhaltet eine ständige Ausstellung zu Geschichte, Tradition und kulturellem Stellenwert der Bratwurst im gesellschaftlichen Leben im Allgemeinen und der Thüringer Bratwurst im Besonderen. Alles rund um die Bratwurst hat hier seinen Platz. Vom Schwein, der Schlachtung bis zu den Geräten und Maschinen zur Bratwurstherstellung reichen die Ausstellungsstücke. Geräte und Maschinen aus mehreren Jahrhunderten legen Zeugnis ab über die technische Entwicklung der Wurstherstellung, von der reinen Handarbeit bis zur heutigen industriellen Herstellung. |
