Description

Einzelstücke wie ein originaler Pestkarren von 1607 und das Unikat eines kutschenähnlichen Autos von 1097, des Polymobils Nr. 3, empfangen den Besucher in der Diele.
In den mittelalterlichen Braukellern sind neben vorgeschichtlichen Siedlungsfunden und baugeschichtliche Relikte aus dem Stadt- und Kreisgebiet zu sehen.
Das städtische Handwerk wie Bäckerei, Kunstschlosserei, Buchsatz und -druck, Feilenhauerei und Friseurgeschichte nimmt in der Ausstellung einen großen Raum ein.
