| Description | Olbernhau war das Zentrum der Produktion von 'nützlichem Gebrauchsgerät'. Aus den Schlossereien der ehemaligen Gewehrmanufaktur entstanden leistungsfähige Maschinenbaubetriebe für Holzindustrie. Eine Ausstellung für Holzverarbeitungsmaschinen, Dampflokomobile, Nagelmaschinen der Nagelschmiede Rübenau und einer Feuerspritze von 1794 wird beeindruckend dargestellt. Eine Altertümersammlung und Naturkundeabteilung runden die Ausstellung ab. |
