| Description | Die letzte noch funktionstüchtige Wassermühle in BielefeldIm Jahr 1535 wurde Niemöllers Mühle, eine oberschlächtige Wassermühle im Bielefelder Stadtteil Quelle, erstmals erwähnt. Sie ist seit der Restaurierung 1994 wieder funktionstüchtigIm Backhaus werden Brote und Platenkuchen im Steinofen gebacken. Auf dem Dachboden der Mühle finden ständig wechselnde Ausstellungen statt. |
