Description | All the farms and houses are original buildings, which have been measured and dismantled at their original locations, before being reconstructed at the museum. You can visit more than 50 buildings from different areas of Denmark, as well as from southern Sweden, Schleswig and the Faroe islands - all former Danish possessions. Come and see the differences in regional architecture and how rural building traditions evolved over three centruries between 1650 and 1950. |
