The CFTR ist located in the centre of Alsace, in the département of the Haut-Rhin.
It is:
- 18km east of Colmar
- 30km west of Freiburg

- 2km East of Neuf-Brisach.

Description

Gare de Volgelsheim, built in 1880 at the time of Reichsland Elsass-Lothringen, it's called "Neuf-Brisach station" before its acquisition by the municipality in 1993. Restored, it is famous station Volgelsheim and entrusted to the association tourist railway Rhine (CFTR). Since it is the departure station and arrival of tourist and historical trains CFTR.
