Kunsthandwerk und Volkskunst von Mansfeld zum Design

Das MNHA wirft einen originellen Blick auf die Wohnverhältnisse und die angewandte Kunst in Luxemburg, die sich mit den Lebensstilen von der Renaissance bis zum 19. Jahrhundert weiter entwickelten.
Die Ausstellung bringt mit Tatendrang und dokumentarischen Objekten eine luxemburgische Wohnweise ans Licht, die zum (wieder)entdecken der Gegenstände einlädt, die uns im Alltag begleiten - vom prinzlichen Umfeld der Renaissance bis zum Mittelstand von heute, vom Kesselhaken des 18. Jahrhunderts bis zum heutigen Design der modulierbaren Küche, über die bürgerliche Innenausstattung des 19. Jahrhunderts und die Art Deko der 1930er Jahre.
