Sloan Museum of Discovery is located on the campus of the Flint Cultural Center within walking distance of several entertainment, arts, and educational centers.
Description

This hands-on science and history museum re-opened in 2022 after an extensive expansion and renovation. The new Sloan Museum of Discovery features four primary interactive galleries and a 6000 square feet special traveling exhibit gallery.

HAGERMAN STREET
EARLY CHILDHOOD LEARNING GALLERY
Interactive child-sized neighborhood with roundabouts for tricycles, shops, and a charming three-story tree house.

DURANT GALLERY
VEHICLE GALLERY
11,000 square foot vehicle exhibition hall with rare collections of vintage and concept cars.

Sloan Museum’s Automotive Collection totals 106 vehicles, which have been acquired through gifts and occasional purchases made possible by the Sloan Museum Auto Fair, our largest annual fundraiser. Over 30 vehicles are currently on display at the new Sloan Museum of Discovery.
