  • Fonolint Tape Recorder Deck I is the result of a development which started in 1958 and ended in 1959. This model page only presents the final result of the deck with two speeds, costing NLG 168. The first design only had one speed and smaller frequency range and costed NLG 148.

    Frequency range: 15 - 15.000 Hz
    Speeds: 9,5 and 19 cm/s (forward and reverse winding at 30x speed)
    Two track record/play.
     
    The tape deck has no amplification on board. For this purpose special amplifiers (including oscillators for erasing) were available, like Caroussel, Bolero and Capriccio.
