This set uses some Belgian components: capacitors of B.B. (a Brussels components manufacturer); capacitors of the Antwerp division of Bell Telephone; and the tuning scale is made for Belgium. Other replacable components (fuse, tubes) are of Belgian origin as well.
This radio bears a resemblance to the British Kolster-Brandes KB 444 or KB444A, but the cabinet appears wider and the chassis is different.
The uploaded advertisement for the Kolster-Brandes Model 1934 shows a cabinet which also appears to be more similar to the KB 444.
The model type KB 2031 AC appears on the dial scale, it is currently uncertain if this is indeed the model number. The receiving principle is uncertain - it could be a superhet like the (similar) KB 444 models or a TRF receiver.
