Temperature-limited diode for voltage stabilisation applications. Operating conditions: Filament (tungsten) 1.9 to 2.3V, 440 to 520mA; Plate 0.7mA at 600V, 1.0mA at 700V. Used as voltage sensor in AC voltage regulators by Superior Electric (Kalotron).
