Description |
First registered in October 1945 with +/- 90 V peak max heater-to-cathode insulation. Re-registered with insulation uprated to +/- 200 V peak max in December 1959.
Since June 1961 superseded by controlled warm-up type 12BA6A for reliable series string heater operation.
