Description |
Information from guest Andrey Chechnev, Moscow, Russia:
The tube 12M1M is the first domestic low-voltage tube. It was developed in 1939 in the laboratory of the St. Petersburg "Svetlana" constructors: S. A. Zusmanovsky, S. M. Moshkovich and J. A. Katzman. However the tube was produced only during a very short time, approximately until the middle of 1944, and in small batches. Then it was replaced with the tube 13П1С.
I know of only one application for this tube, the output stage of the receiver RCI-6 early series.
Manufacturer - Novosibirsk electrovacuum plant.
filament voltage 12.5 V
filament current is 630...770 mA
slope of 2.5 mA/V
gain of 12.5
The maximum power dissipated at the anode is 2 W
Durability is at least 400 h
Nominal mode:
The voltage at the anode of +25
Emission current of 100 mA
The voltage of the first grid -1
The voltage of the second grid +25 V
