TR switch filled with hydrogen and water vapor. External cavity required.
- 0.9 to 1.2GHz, 950MHz typical
- 450KW peak power.
Introduced during WWII: 1944 date on datasheet, 3rd issue. Registered in 1948, when already discontinued by WE.
Bomac, Ferranti, WE and GE known sources.
Used in the Bendix RF-1/TPS-1. Replaced 702B with a modification kit.
