Description |
Gas phototube for colorimetric applications, violet-green, side-on type having a S-3 spectral response. Also made by GE and Westinghouse. Wavelength of maximum spectral response is 4200 +/- 1000 angstroms. This type makes use of a semicylindrical photocathode, and has a direct interelectrode capacitance of 3 picofarads. Anode-supply voltage DC/peak AC between max 80-100 volts.
