Description |
Voltage regulator diode; UX base with rotated locating pin. Initial production of 25 units was probably identified only with U.S. Navy code, CW-2536. It was develped for the US Navy for the model TR transmitter. It has a saturated current of 100mA.
Not to be confused with Eimac 227A.
