Description |
The American company Sears Roebuck, with its head office ib Chicago sold the standard range of American designed and made radio tubes from 1925. A few small manufacturers made these tubes and they were branded "WLS" (Worlds Largest Store). The company allotted a each tube a four digit type number.
Being equivalent to the standard UX240 tube, this tube has a much higher amplification fator than rthe UX201A type. The circuit has a coupling resistor of 250,000 Ohms.
