Description |
UHF power triode. Prototypes described by Fay and Samuel, Bell Labs, in the I.R.E. Proc. 1934. Listed in the 1936 WE catalog.
Thoriated tungsten filament; 50W anode power; 100MHz full ratings, 300MHz with reduced ratings. S21 bulb with ceramic UX base; plate and grid pins on the top.
