354VX tube

In my Brans VADE MECUM 1950, the 354VX tube is stated to be an equivalent to the E438, which is no output triode. I have a Radio Muse where the valve is used as a phase inverter for the balans final. It is an indirect heated 4CV 1 A filament triode.

Hello Nicolaas,

I found a second source that called the 354VX as being equivalent to the REN1004, which in turn is equivalent to the E438, so the 354VX is no output tube.

Best Regards, Jacob
