This code is not listed in either Tube Lore I & II by Sibley and even in the 1950 Cross Index by Bureau of Ships.
This five digit Navy coding system usually put the prefix 38 before the commercial code of the tube. Should this tube ever existed, probably it was a '26' screened to Navy specs. Not listed in Tube Lore II..
