UHF disc-sealed power triode. Integral anode radiator for forced air cooling. Mu 40, 125W plate dissipation, 1400 MHz max frequency. Anode, grid and cathode (RF) connected to disk-type terminals.
Note: Pin 2 (heater) may be internally connected to pin 5 (cathode D.C.) through getter.
Used in AN/APT-5 radar jammer
