Description

UHF pulse triode. Similar to 3C27, but rated for higher duty cycle; comes with grid radiator.

  • 5 kV typical pulsed operation
  • 8 kW out power at 1140MHz
  • 0.005% duty cycle
  • Air blast required on plate and grid radiators.

Samples were found with the grid radiator installed and the B suffix added to the original marking as 3C27. Probably a small production lot of 3C27, factory uprated to 3C27B
