Description |
Page 671 of the Fall 1928 issue of the Sears Roebuck catalog announces a new catalog number series for radio tubes, 46XX, replacing the 29XX series. The company sold the standard range of US designed and made tubes and these were made by a few small manufacturers. The "WLS" (Worlds Largwest Store) brand was either hot branded on the tube base or there was a paper label on the bulb. The 4610_WLS is also listed in the Spring 1929 catalog.
