Description |
UHF power triode, micropup style, intended for pulsed operation. Indirectly heated, oxide-coated cathode.
- 12 kV peak plate voltage
- 40 A peak current
- 150 W plate dissipation with forced-air cooling
- gain 22.
Looks very similar to 4C27 with flying wires to the filament replaced by a coaxial connector.
Productions by Rogers and by Central Sales and Mfg. probably for Canadian Navy and Air Forces. Used in the AMES 11C Canadian system at 600 MHz. Some samples also have dual marking, with the RAF store code 10E/695.
